I wish to travel to JB from Singapore and after touring a few places in Malaysia, I wish to Travel from JB to Singapore to catch my return flight.

My Questions are:
1. If My plane lands at Singapore at 1630 Hrs, can I take a bus / cab to JB immediately. Do buses / cabs ply at night as well. Will the same cab take me to my hotel in JB or do I need to change as I enter malaysia
